Norris Lake is known for clear water and over 800 miles of wooded shoreline in the foothills of the Appalachians. Paradise Point sits at a quiet end of the lake with very little boat traffic, so the cove is calm for swimming and paddling. Rent a pontoon at Norris Landing Marina, eat on the water at Jimmy's Place in summer, or drive out to the hiking and history around Cumberland Gap.

Lakefront Paradise and Blue Haven sit on a stunning 13-acre lakefront property along a private drive known as Paradise Point, behind Norris Landing Marina and Jimmy's Place in New Tazewell, Tennessee.

There are walking trails through the trees, and Zen Island Way, your private road, leads to direct lake access, a private boat launch and the docks. You can drive right down to the water.

Inside, the beds are made with MyPillow mattresses and pillows, because great sleep is one of the simplest ways to recharge. Guests consistently say the same thing: this place just feels like paradise.

Before you book.

Both homes are on Paradise Point, a private 13-acre point on Norris Lake at 164 Paradise Pt., New Tazewell, Tennessee 37825, across the cove from Norris Landing Marina. A private road, Zen Island Way, leads down to the launch and the docks.

Lakefront Paradise sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms and Blue Haven sleeps 15. Book both for up to 27 guests on the same point. Every guest, including infants, counts toward the maximum.

You get the same homes, code WELCOME for 10% off 3+ nights in 2026, and you deal directly with Kathy, the owner, from booking to checkout.

Check-in starts at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Both homes have self check-in with a smart lock; your code and directions arrive before your stay.

Usually 2 to 3 nights from fall through spring. Summer minimums are longer, from 3 nights up to 7 at Lakefront Paradise in peak weeks. The calendar shows the minimum for your dates as soon as you pick a check-in day.

By credit or debit card through the secure online checkout. Book more than 30 days ahead and you pay a deposit now and the balance 30 days before arrival; book within 30 days and you pay in full. Taxes and fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

Cancel 30 or more days before arrival for a full refund, or 14 or more days before for a 50% refund. The exact policy for your dates is shown at checkout before you pay.

Linens, towels, two kayaks, firewood and a gas grill are provided, along with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Bring HE laundry detergent, extra paper goods and soap, boat towels, and life jackets for the kayaks.

Yes. Together they sleep 27 on the same private point, which works well for family reunions and group trips. Book each home for the same dates, or call or text Kathy and she will help.

Yes. Each home has its own covered slip. Launch at the private launch on Zen Island Way and leave the trailer at the mailbox by Island Rd. and Paradise Pt.; there is no trailer turnaround at the houses.

Lakefront Paradise takes up to 2 pets on request at $100 per pet. Blue Haven takes up to 2 dogs for a fee, no cats. Assistance animals are always welcome at both homes.

Yes. Both homes have fiber internet at 500+ Mbps and smart TVs.

No parties, no smoking inside, and the person booking must be at least 25.
