Norris Lakefront Paradise

Privacy policy

Last updated October 16, 2026.

Paradise Island, LLC, doing business as Norris Lakefront Paradise ("we"), runs this website for our two vacation rentals on Norris Lake in New Tazewell, Tennessee. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

What we collect

What you send us. If you call, text or email us, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you include, and use it to answer you and handle your stay.
Bookings. When you check availability or book, you finish on our secure booking site at reservation.norrislakefrontparadise.com, run by our booking software provider, Hostaway. Your booking and payment details are collected and processed there, under their terms, and shared with us so we can host your stay.
Usage data. Like most websites, we and our providers collect technical data such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and how you arrived, using cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure our ads and show our ads to past visitors on other sites (remarketing). Our booking site may also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These providers set cookies and may combine this data with other data they hold under their own privacy policies. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.

How we use and share information

We use information to answer questions, manage reservations, run and improve the site, measure our marketing, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when the law requires it, or to protect our guests and property. If you stayed with us, we may email you about future stays; every email has a way to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing Kathy@NorrisLakefrontParadise.com. This site is not directed at children under 13.
